About Dadha Family Office
The Dadha Family Office is built on the legacy of its 100+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. In 1914, Dadha & Co, became one of India’s first pharmaceutical chemists. In 1972 we set up a manufacturing unit—Tamil Nadu Dadha Pharmaceuticals Limited. It was a first in Research and the first to launch Oncology products. And in 2015, we launched Netmeds, one of India’s first e-pharmacies.
The Dadha Family Office focuses on investments in technology, healthcare and pharma sectors and philanthropic work in areas of art, culture & education.

M/S Dadha & Co started as pharmaceutical chemists in Chennai
1964
Entered pharma manufacturing
1973
Started Tamil Nadu Dadha Pharmaceuticals (TDPL), a joint venture with Tamil Nadu government for manufacturing
1975
Started TDPL Research Centre—undertaking research in process development of new molecules
1984
Started Pradeep Drug Co that was producing bulk antibiotics and active substances for export
1996
Started Dadha Pharma Marketing for pharma distribution in Kerala
1997
Amalgamated TDPL with Sun Pharma
1997
Started Eufarmarg Pvt Ltd to increase exports of pharmaceutical bulk drugs, formulations, etc
1997
Set up a commercial R&D centre under the name of Synergy Research Centre
2005
Dadha Pharma Distribution Pvt Ltd was formed to manage the pharmaceutical division
2015
Netmeds was formed as India’s first e-marketplace for pharma products, and was bought over by Reliance Group in 2020
2019
Netmeds became India’s number 1 e-pharmacy
2020
Netmeds was acquired by Reliance Group in 2020

SHAI, a Revenue Cycle Management company, serves the US healthcare industry with an experienced pool of medical coders and offers coding services across multiple specialties for physicians’ groups, clinics/facilities, hospital inpatient/outpatient facilities, laboratories, imaging centres, etc. It also provides payor services and compliance software.

Investment thesis
We’re neutral to sectors though our preference is for tech-oriented companies with a linkage to the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
We are open to investing right at the ideation stage to seed rounds to Series A.
We don’t work with a fixed number but generally speaking we can invest right from 10,000 USD to 1 million USD based on the stage, idea and the venture.
